Tracking Loaned Materials
AccuSQL can help you track materials that you loan to your students. For example, if your students borrow DVDs, CDs, headphones, calculators, laptops, or whatever, then you can use AccuSQL to check out these items and report on their usage. It will even send out late media reminder emails.
How it Works
Start by entering your media stock into AccuSQL. You can do that manually or via import if you have the media list in an electronic format. Once you have your media entered, you can check it in and out with AccuSQL.
Reports
From the checkout data, AccuSQL can generate the following reports:- Media List: Shows all media in stock and its status.
- Media Checkouts: Shows the media checkout record for each item.
- Late Media: Shows later returns, providing detailed information including media ID, title, due time, check out time, and how long is it past due. It also gives information about the student who checked it out, his or her phone number, ID #, instructor and class (if entered).
Sample Screens
- Checkout Screen - To check media out, simply enter its ID number. AccuTrack will show its title and other information automatically, and will even calculate a "Due Back" time. Simply enter the student's ID and click on "Check Out". To check media in, simply enter its ID number. AccuTrack will show the media title and the name of student who has it checked out. Simply click on "Check In".
- Checkouts Report - This report gives you detailed check out information for each piece of media used during the reporting period. This includes who checked it out, checkout date and time, return date and time, and any notes entered during the checkout process.
- Late Media Report - This report gives you detailed information about past-due checkouts. This includes who checked it out, his or her phone number, instructor's name, and how late the return is. You can use this info to track and recover past due materials.
