Generating Reports
AccuSQL provides you with over eighty powerful base reports that cover the various modules of the software. To make it easier for you to work with these reports, we grouped them into different nodes. To see the reports available under a certain node, simply expand it.
You can now bookmark your favorite reports for easier access. You can also save the common filters and options you use with your reports. You can even customize the reports via the AccuSQL Report Writer! This allows you to format the reports to any way you like, use your own graphics, add fields and formulas and decide on page breaks!
AccuSQL also offers you the ability to control what data appears in your reports. You can filter the data to a certain time period (e.g. this week, this month, this semester, etc.). You can also filter the reports to certain students, a certain class, certain tutors, or instructors. Not only that, but you can also filter the reports to a combination of the above, or use a combination of your filters!
Once you have decided on a report and set its filters, you have several options for viewing the data. You can either view the report on the screen, print it, fax it, or email it! AccuSQL also offers a built-in pdf generator that allows you to save the report in the popular PDF format, which means anyone can view the report even if they do not have AccuSQL. Furthermore, if you choose to export the data of any report out to MS Excel and other applications! The possibilities are endless!
In addition to the reports, AccuSQL can generate some powerful charts and tables. These charts and tables will reveal some important information like your most popular services, your busiest time of the day, day of the week, return time distribution, and much more. The data is extracted directly from the AccuSQL database and used in a group of very powerful pivot tables.
Reports Interface
- Main Reports Screen: You can expand any of the nodes to run the report based on your search criteria.
- Report Filters: You can filter on any combination of dates, students, activities, and/or staff members to return the exact data you want. You can also easily create you own student groups and use them as a report filter.
- Add to Favorites: You can add the reports you use most often directly to your Favorites so they will all be in one spot.
- Report Builder: You can customize existing reports any way you want using Report Builder. Your custom reports are saved in the Customized reports area and the original reports are never altered. So have fun and don't worry you won't break anything...
- Report Viewer: You can return the report results to the Report Viewer, where you can generate a pdf and email the report all with one click

Finally, if you need even more report capabilities, you can connect to the SQL Server database via ODBC and using your favorite report builder, write your own custom reports, but with so many already included with AccuSQL, we probably already have the report you need "out of the box".
