Collecting Feedback from Visitors

With AccuTrack, you can survey your visitors on the quality of services they receive. This information can be helpful in gauging the level of satisfaction of your students and in improving services. AccuTrack gives you the flexibility to define up to twenty multiple-choice questions to use in the feedback survey. The survey also includes an open response section. In addition to entering the questions, you also control how often the survey is presented to vistiors and which activities are surveyed. You can collect feedback and the center and the particular activity and/or about the staff. If both types of feedback are activated, students would get a survey for each type.

How it Works

First you create a survey by entering the question and defining the scale of the answers. You also set how often the survey will be displayed (for example, every 3rd visit to the center). When the time comes, AccuSQL will display the survey and collect the answers. You also can limit the surveys to only appear once per student for the activity and/or staff member they signed into. The results are displayed in special feedback reports.

Reports

From the checkout data, AccuSQL can generate the following reports:

  • Feedback Ratings Report: This report shows the results tabulated from students feedback. For each activity, the report shows the questions, and for each question shows the number of students that selected each answer. The report also tabulates the average rating for each question.
  • Feedback Comments Report: This report shows the open comments collected via the user's feedback screen. The report shows the comments on each activity during the reporting period.
