Platinum Plus Subscription
All AccuSQL 11 orders include a one-year subscription to our Platinum Plus service plan.
The AccuSQL Platinum Plus Subscription includes these benefits:
- Free major upgrades (e.g. upgrade from AccuSQL version 10 to 11).
- Free registration for the Orlando Training Class.
- Free maintenance updates (e.g. upgrade from AccuSQL 11.00 to 11.01) - via web download.
- Unlimited Priority Support via phone, email, online, and the AccuSQL support forum.
- Access to the Support call back request form
- Free upgrades and updates of add-on software (WebLink and Computer Lab Plug-in) that you bought with or after you subscribed to the Platinum Plus plan.
- Special upgrades that are only available to Platinum Plus subscribers via web download.
- Ability to request new features and enhancements. All requests will be evaluated and if accepted the features will be included in a future Platinum Plus upgrade release.
- Free copy of the AccuTrack Training CD ($295 value).
- Two hours of AccuSQL online training ($300 value).
- Ability to budget your AccuSQL spending to a known annual amount.

IMPORTANT: The first year of the AccuSQL Platinum Plus Subscription is included with your software purchase. The subscription starts on the day the software is delivered to your institution. You can renew the subscription any time before it expires.
